I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes is unable to determine the taxpayer's income tax position until full details of the income arising are supplied. The agents acting for the taxpayer have recently undertaken to supply the outstanding information to the inspector which should enable the present open position to be determined.
