A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all other conditions of the grant scheme. The file is with the inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named and the Deputy was so informed on 22 February 1983. However, if the acknowledgement referred to is submitted, the matter will be further investigated.
