I cannot accept the assertion contained in the first part of the question. The position is that some major developments at this sawmill were undertaken in the period from November to April last. These included drainage carried out in November-December 1982 and yard resurfacing in connection with the provision of a timber drying shed. Some other minor works have been carried out more recently.
