It has not been possible to trace receipt of a claim for unemployment benefit or unemployment assistance which refers to the person named in the details supplied nor to trace an insurance record in respect of him.
Further inquiries in the matter will be made if the Deputy can furnish the relevant PRSI number or qualification certificate number of the applicant, the period under inquiry and the name of the local office at which the inquiries were made.
