The person named has been paid his cattle headage grant under the 1982 disadvantaged areas schemes already and will be paid his 1982 EEC suckler cow premium as soon as the batch which includes his payment is processed.

As announced in the budget, grants under the farm modernisation scheme for buildings and fixed assets have been suspended until later in the year. As approval had not been issued in this case before the suspension came into effect on 10 February 1983, the application cannot be processed further.
