I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the tax position of the estate cannot be determined until all the details requested by the inspector of taxes have been supplied.
The inspector wrote to the solicitors in the case on 3 June 1983 seeking clarification of income received by the estate but no reply has been received.
