I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that on the basis of information recently furnished by the taxpayer a further review of the liability arising for the year 1981-82 is now being undertaken by the inspector of taxes. Any sum found to have been overpaid will be refunded at an early date.
The inspector will be writing to the taxpayer for the further information required to review the 1982-83 position.
