A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. A mortgage subsidy application form was sent to the applicant on 13 April 1983, but in the absence of the file no further details regarding the subsidy are available.
