A new house grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all other conditions of the grant scheme. The file in this case is with the inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant. Arrangements will be made for the payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy when the grant has been paid and the applicant submits the appropriate claim form.
