Vol. 345 No. 1

Written Answers. - Clifden (Galway) School.

359.

asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in proceeding with the construction of a new national school at Clifden, Connemara, County Galway.

In September 1983 the Office of Public Works received confirmation that the alternative access for the proposed new school at Clifden, County Galway, referred to in my reply to a previous question by the Deputy was available.

The Office of Public Works now await details from the Department of Education of the accommodation to be provided before preparation of sketch plans can be commenced.
