Limerick East): With regard to the position of the Minister for Justice in relation to these matters, I would remind the Deputy of what I said in reply to Questions Nos. 774 and 775 of 8 June 1983.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that since that date the remaining Garda inquiries have been completed, except as respects one point on which the Director of Public Prosecutions has sought clarification, and that, in the case of one company, the Director has indicated that a prosecution is not warranted.
