Sligo Harbour Commissioners recently invited tenders for the dredging of the channel and berths at Sligo Harbour. The commissioners have now advised my Department that it has been found necessary to make certain revisions in the plans and specifications for the proposed dredging. A decision on the placing of a contract will be taken as soon as possible after the revised plans and specifications have been received in my Department. The proposed dredging is expected to take up to six months to complete.
