I would refer the Deputy to my reply on 30 November 1983 to the question as to the reason why it was not found possible to include the one year course in sales promotion-advertising in the College of Commerce, Rathmines, in the 1983/84 list of approved ESF courses.
Applications by colleges for an allocation of places for various courses in the training programme for 1984-85 will be considered in due course with full regard to all relevant considerations.
