There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a housing grant from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a house improvement grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and when it will be paid.
The application was refused because the work was commenced prior to an inspection of the house and in any event would not have come within the scope of the scheme.
