Vol. 348 No. 5

Written Answers. - Dublin Special School.

534.

asked the Minister for Education if she is aware of the excellent work being done for seriously disadvantaged children by the board of management and staff of a school (details supplied) in Dublin 1; if she will support the proposals to provide the school with more adequate premises; if she will detail the development plans she has for this badly needed special school; and if she will meet with the board of management of this school to discuss with them their development proposals.

I am aware of the good work being done in this school and I have had discussions with the chairman of the board of management and the principal regarding their proposals for its development. These proposals are at present under consideration in my Department.
