Could I raise on the Adjournment the matter of a further incursion by the British army at Ballybinaby on Monday morning last when a helicopter landed and picked up a number of British troops who were obviously in the vicinity for the whole night?

The Chair will communicate with Deputy Kirk.

This matter is of growing concern in the area and the people want to know——

The Deputy cannot raise it by way of a speech. I will communicate with Deputy Kirk.
