Is the Minister aware that there are job losses in the offing in the SFADCo area particularly in the construction and maintenance spheres, and would he agree that this signifies a hiving off of some of the activities of SFADCo to other State bodies?
I have been trying to suggest to Deputies that when a question is answered totally by way of tabular statment, as this one has been, it does not lend itself to supplementaries.
My supplementary is very simple.
It is not relevant to the question as tabled.
Jobs are not relevant any more.
The Deputy asked a question about internal SFADCo jobs and not jobs created by SFADCo.
I am calling Question No. 2.
I was asking about jobs in SFADCo.
That is not what the question is about. The Deputy asked about jobs created by SFADCo in industry outside their organisation, but now be wishes to change the subject and to ask question about the organisation. If that is the information he requests, he should put down a separate question.
I have asked about job losses, but because of the Minister's disastrous record in the area of job creation he does not wish to answer the question.
That is not true.
