Planning of the proposed extension to the Convent of Mercy secondary school, Ballymote, has been processed in accordance with the normal procedure. The examination of the documentation submitted to my Department in connection with the developed sketch scheme is nearing completion.
My Department will shortly be in contact with the school manager regarding the preparation of the next stage of planning i.e. working drawings.
