A new house grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and all the other conditions of the grant scheme have been met. The file in this case is with my Department's inspector for investigation and report.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
