I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that reviews of the taxpayer's liabilities for the years 1978-79 to 1982-83, inclusive, have now been carried out and a net over-payment has arisen. Details of the over-payment were issued to the agent acting in the case on 23 November 1984, and a cheque in settlement should reach the taxpayer shortly.
