Limerick East): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the details supplied have been checked in so far as possible against the Land Registry records but they are insufficient to establish whether an application has in fact been lodged in the registry. If the dealing reference or the date of lodgement of the application is made available to the Land Registry, the applicant will be informed as to the position.
