The application in this case was received on 23 October 1984 and the file is at present with my Department's inspector for a report. The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. Arrangements cannot be made for payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy until after the grant has been paid and the appropriate claim form is received.
