asked the Minister for Communications the total cost to the State of each public/judicial inquiry held under the aegis of his Department in the past ten years; and the individual cost in each case.

The total cost to the State of all public/judicial inquiries held under the aegis of my Department in the past ten years is £1,303,217, exclusive of the cost of salaries paid out of Exchequer sources and publication costs.
