The liquidator of the company concerned has applied for funds to pay entitlements arising under the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Act, 1984, to 58 former employees. The application is being processed and I expect to be in a position to make funds available to the liquidator within about a week for distribution to the employees concerned.
