The person named has already been informed by my Department that a house improvement grant is not payable in this case.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.
A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
