Certain proposals in this context are under consideration, but until a final decision has been taken in the matter I am not in a position to make a statement on the issue.
Could the Minister give an indication as to when he will be able to make a decision on this? We have had a number of statements in relation to this scheme and we are still awaiting a decision from the Minister.
There is a memorandum before the Government at the moment in relation to this matter. I would hope to be in a position to give details of the Government's decision on the matter in a very short time.
