There is no record in my Department of a request from this group for increased grants. The total amount of grants due for this scheme and any further grant payments will be determined when the group has submitted the information requested by my Department in October 1983 and again in August 1984.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the application for increased grants made by Claddaghduff group water supply scheme, Connemara, County Galway.
The group's request for a special contribution towards their scheme is at present being examined in my Department and I expect to be in a position to have that examination completed shortly, when the matter will be referred to Galway County Council for their consideration.
