Limerick East): This is an application for registration of a transfer of part of a holding. It was first lodged on 30 May 1984 but following rejection on two occasions was re-lodged and accepted on 23 July 1984. However, the application cannot be completed until the registration of a Land Commission vesting order affecting the lands concerned has been dealt with. Some difficulties have arisen in relation to that which are not within the control of the Land Registry. The registration will be completed as quickly as possible as soon as these difficulties have been resolved.
