The amount of staff time which would be involved in assembling for each county the information required by the Deputy about national school building projects in 1985, with consequent diversion of effort from urgent ongoing work, would be excessive. I am not, therefore, prepared to furnish this information.
From time to time Deputies request such information in respect of their own areas and my Department endeavour to facilitate them. Should the Deputy wish to communicate with me seeking the information in respect of his own area, I shall arrange to have my Department supply it to him, in appropriate format, as soon as it is feasible.
