asked the Minister for the Environment when a £1,000 grant and mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan.
A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is complete and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The applicant was not at home when an Inspector called recently and a further inspection by appointment will be made as soon as possible.
