asked the Minister for Finance if a firm (details supplied) in Dublin have applied for a revenue certificate; if they have paid revenue duty and if this company are officially registered to run such an entertainment.

On receipt of the necessary court certificate, which had been granted to the firm in question on 8 August 1984 and of the appropriate excise duty on 28 February 1985 the Collector, Customs and Excise, Dublin, issued a gaming licence and a gaming machine licence to the firm on the latter date.
