Following approval by my Department of the sketch scheme from the educational standpoint, the project was referred to the Commissioners of Public Works for preparation of the contract documents. It is understood from the commissioners that the working drawings are at present in course of preparation, and I am asking the commissioners to expedite work on the project as much as possible.
