I refer the Deputy to my answer to his question on 13 November 1984 (No. 673 cols. 1758 and 1759) regarding the commencement of this scheme. Adequate outfall facilities having since been provided by the Northern Ireland Authorities, it is expected that the necessary arrangements to have operations commenced on the Monaghan reaches of the catchment will be finalised by the Commissioners of Public Works this summer.
