Limerick East): Since I took up office I have been able, despite financial and other difficulties, to improve the educational services available in the prisons by the extension of third level education, particularly the introduction of open university courses. As regards recent changes in the educational services at Arbour Hill prison and Cork prison I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 747 of 7 May 1985.
