Bill entitled an Act to confer on certain persons, pursuant to Article 16.1.2º of the Constitution, the right to vote at elections for Dáil Éireann and for that purpose to amend the Electoral Acts, 1923 to 1983, the Presidential Elections Acts, 1937 to 1973, and the Referendum Acts, 1942 to 1984.
