Vol. 358 No. 7

Written Answers. - Inchicore (Dublin) Health Centre.

523.

asked the Minister for Health when it is intended that a new health centre will be provided in the Inchicore area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The provision of a new health centre at Inchicore is among the Eastern Health Board's top priorities and is the subject of on-going discussions between the Department and the board. As the health centre must be financed from capital moneys for which there are many competing demands, I regret, I am not in a position to say at this stage when it will be possible to include it in a public capital programme.

524.

asked the Minister for Health when a site was acquired on Emmet Road, Inchicore, for a health centre; and when it is proposed to build the centre.
