Equality officers have been nominated in my Department (with responsibility also for civil servants in the Labour Court and the Employment Equality Agency) and also in AnCO, the Youth Employment Agency and CERT. As regards Ostlanna lompair Éireann (OIE) the question of making suitable arrangements is receiving attention.
