The person named was not eligible for sheep headage under the 1984 disadvantaged areas scheme because his off-farm income exceeded the limit of £3,500 then applicable. He will, however, be paid his advance under the EC 1984-85 ewe premium scheme as soon as the batch which contains his payment is processed.
