Vol. 358 No. 10

Written Answers. - Division of County Waterford Estate.

563.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the basis on which land from an estate (details supplied) in County Wexford, owned by the Land Commission, was divided; and the reason a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who had the required qualifications did not receive any land.

I understand that the normal criteria of land division, including proximity to the estate being divided, were applied by the Land Commission in this case.
