Vol. 359 No. 9

Written Answers. - Army Disability Pension.

84.

asked the Minister for Defence if the time limit for an Army disability pension could be extended in the case of a person (details supplied) who served in the Army from 19 September 1939 to 17 February 1945, and was discharged on medical grounds.

As the time limit for making application for a disability pension under the Army Pensions Acts is laid down in those Acts I have no discretion to extend the time limit in the case of the person referred to in the question.
