I have approved the payment by Louth County Council of a special contribution of £7,150 towards the cost of increased pipe sizes on this scheme. However, grants cannot be allocated for the scheme until a decision has been taken regarding the provision and financing of a reservoir to meet the needs of the group and Louth County Council. This matter is being followed up with the council.
