The number of projects which were funded from the health capital budget in the years 1983, 1984 and 1985 is estimated to be in the region of 400. The money allocated to these projects involved up to 3,000 individual payments. The work of categorising these payments by project, by health board and by year would require an inordinate amount of staff time and, because of the large volume of detailed information, would be of limited value. If the Deputy has a particular interest in a specific part of this information, and so indicates his interest to me, I will be pleased to supply him with the information which he requires.
