asked the Minister for Labour the present position regarding a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1 who is owed moneys under the enterprise allowance scheme.

Following his entry to the enterprise allowance scheme on 18 March 1985, the person concerned received the following payments: a lump sum payment of his weekly allowance totalling £1,200 on 22 March 1985; a lump sum payment of his pay related benefit entitlement totalling £436 on 1 October 1985, and a final weekly payment under the scheme on 4 October 1985. No further moneys are due to him under the scheme.
