I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that they do not provide grant assistance to concrete product manufacturers because there is over-capacity in the sector. The IDA estimate that imports of pre-cast concrete tunnel segments are small and are satisfied that existing manufacturers are in a position to meet demand.
