I propose to take Questions Nos. 60 to 63, inclusive, together. Some anomalies have arisen in the application of the formula used in recent sales schemes to fix the sale price for local authority dwellings. I am reviewing these in the context of the new scheme currently being prepared. The terms of the new scheme will be announced as soon as possible after consultations with interested parties have taken place.
