Vol. 362 No. 1

Written Answers. - Kenmare Proposed Community School.

203.

asked the Minister for Education if she is aware of objections by parents of pupils attending Kenmare vocational school, County Kerry, to the proposed community school in Kenmare; and if she will make a statement on the matter, indicating her proposals for a suitable building to accommodate this proposed community school.

I am aware of the objections referred to by the Deputy. However I wish to reassure the parents that when the major building project which will be undertaken at the Holy Cross secondary school is completed, Kenmare will have a first class school facility for all its post primpary pupils.
