There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named at the address given. There is, however, an application from a person of the same name with a broadly similar address and as the floor area of the house in that case exceeded the statutory limit of 125 squares metres (1,346 square feet) a grant could not be allowed. The applicant has been so informed.
