I understand that the Eastern Health Board had planned to commence work on the building of a new health centre last month on a site which the board own at Emmet Road, Inchicore. However, some requirements for alterations by the planning authority have delayed the start of work by approximately three months. It is now expected that building work will commence in the early part of 1986.
