My Department has not received an application from the person concerned for payment from the redundancy and employers' insolvency fund of a statutory redundancy lump sum, which was, I understand, awarded to her by the Employment Appeals Tirbunal.
She should apply for payment from the fund by completing form RP 14 and returning it to my Department. I will arrange to forward the application form to the Deputy for the convenience of the person concerned.
