We do not allow supplementaries on questions answered by written statements.
I am aware of some of the areas in respect of which cable systems have been granted.
The Chair does not like to have to rule against Deputies. The Chair does not wish rancour with Deputies but I have taken a strong view on this and I will continue to rule in this way, unless I am overruled by the House.
You are frustrating my efforts.
I would not like to do that but if carrying out the rules frustrates you, you cannot blame me. I do not wish to appear to be smart, but I have made a ruling and I am standing by that ruling. I am ruling the Deputy's question out.
I am wasting my time. We might as well go home.
